Senior Executive - Internal Audit

Join Lion Group's Group Internal Audit team and gain exposure across a diverse portfolio of businesses. You'll conduct risk-based audits, strengthen internal controls, and provide insights that help drive better business decisions.

• Kuala Lumpur or Banting, Selangor

What You'll Do

• Conduct risk-based internal audits across Group companies
• Evaluate internal controls, governance and risk management processes
• Review business processes using risk assessment tools and data analysis
• Lead audit fieldwork and engage with stakeholders throughout the audit
• Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations for improvement
• Follow up on audit findings and agreed action plans
• Keep up with internal audit and governance best practices
• Support ad hoc assignments when required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in Internal Audit or a related function
• Good understanding of auditing, accounting and business processes
• CIA, CISA or other professional certifications are an advantage
• Strong analytical, report writing and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• High integrity, independent and detail-oriented
• Own transport and willing to travel when required
