  Job Summary:

The Senior Executive IT will be responsible for managing the company s IT asset procurement lifecycle. This role requires a professional who can ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of IT assets purchase (hardware & software).
• Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms.
• Maintain an up-to- inventory of all IT assets.
• Ensure procurement activities align with the company s budgetary and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in IT assets purchase and management.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT hardware and software markets.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
