Senior Executive, IT Delivery

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Executive, IT Delivery, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of CTOS digital solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of solution deployment, from understanding client requirements to coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation and delivery of digital solutions to clients, ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and technical requirements, providing expert guidance on solution deployment strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's solutions to effectively address client queries, provide technical recommendations, and drive innovation in solution delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact digital solution delivery and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communication, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure accountability.
• Contribute to the enhancement of delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in solution deployment.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Certification in ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous

Work Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in solution delivery, project management, preferably in technology or fintech

• Strong technical acumen, understands and able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate, and influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
