Senior Executive, IT (PMO)

Project Delivery & Planning

• Scope & Objectives: Define deliverable and project scope in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
• Planning & Execution: Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, developing comprehensive plans, timelines and budgets using standard methodologies.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor performance against baselines and proactively address scope, timeline or budget deviations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and issues early, conslt domain experts and execute timely mitigation or escalation strategies
• Contract Review: Review vendor and project contracts to flag key terms, unclear clauses, or potential liabilities.
• Documentation & Compliance: Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and administrative paperwork according to established standards.

Execution & Results

• Project Delivery: Demonstrated ownership and a results-oriented approach to leading complex IT projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Problem-Solving & Detail: Strong proactive problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail and sound risk mitigation skills.

Technical Competencies & Experience (preferred)

• Competency across IT domains including programming, data analytics, network/server infrastructure and communication protocols.
• Domain knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Workday) and practical experience with system/application integrations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as information technology, engineering, computer science, project management, business administration.

Experience

• 5 years or more of experience in IT project management, or related field.
