Senior Executive, Logistics (based at Bukit Beruntung)

APM Automotive Holdings Berhad is a leading player in Malaysia's automotive components manufacturing market. We are hiring a Senior Executive, Logistics to help assist the HOD ensure our Logistics Department service delivery meet customer requirement and at the most cost effective.

Key Accountabilities: To coordinate and ensure logistic operation to meet the customer delivery schedule, and to ensure inventory management on the accuracy on the inventory.

Job Description:

1. To assist manage inhouse inventory, FIFO system monitoring.
2. To assist manage transportation route and monitor the delivery.
3. To assist manage incoming FG from subcon.
4. Prepare costing for new RFQ.
5. Develop PSI and transportation routing setup.
6. Coordinate stock take monthly/yearly.
7. Ensure no customer complaint, Zero VCF or DACR.
8. Workplace safety / 5S.
9. Handle subordinate in operation.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Automotive or equivalent

• Professional Experience: Preferable with 2 year(s) of relevant experience in logistics operation or manufacturing process, preferably automotive industry

• Required skill(s):

  • Computer literate with experience on ERP system and knowledge of MS Office
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive, result oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
