SENIOR EXECUTIVE, LOGISTICS

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and store operations across all KWSH sites, including receiving, issuing, and stock storage in line with SOPs
• Ensure incoming and stored goods are inspected for condition, with damaged or expiring stock reported and actioned promptly
• Oversee and manage the ward stock replenishment process, ensuring timely, FIFO/FEFO compliant supply to wards
• Conduct yearly revision of ward stock PAR levels for adequate stock and proper space utilisation
• Maintain PAR levels, reorder points, and inventory accuracy through WMS/ERP, cycle counts, and annual stock takes
• Analyses consumption trends to support PAR level Review, demand forecasting and space optimisation
• Identify and manage slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock to minimise waste and holding costs
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies against system records
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Officers and Assistants across all sites
• Review SOPs, prepare KPI reports, and support procurement and vendor evaluation activities

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years' relevant experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills
• Proficient in WMS, ERP (Oracle/SAP), and MS Office
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
