What you'll do

• SAP Master Data Management
• • Create, maintain, and validate SAP master data objects related to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Manage:
  • • Material Master
    • Bill of Materials (BOM)
    • Routings
    • Work Centers
    • Production Versions
    • Production Resources/Tools (PRT)
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with global master data standards.
  • Support mass data uploads, data corrections, and master data governance activities.
  • Perform regular audits and validation checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Manufacturing & SAP Process Support
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and plant operational changes.
  • Analyze manufacturing process requirements and translate them into SAP master data structures.
  • Troubleshoot production and planning issues caused by incorrect or incomplete master data.
• SAP Functional Coordination
• • Work closely with SAP functional teams for process improvements and issue resolution.
  • Support SAP enhancement, migration, rollout, and optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in defining master data governance processes and SOP documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Reporting & Compliance
• • Generate SAP master data reports and validation dashboards.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of master data requests as per business SLAs.

What we are looking for

• • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or manufacturing support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP master data management activities.
  • Good understanding of:
  • • SAP BOM structures
    • SAP Routings
    • Manufacturing processes
    • Production planning concepts
  • Experience working with SAP ERP environments in manufacturing industries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Functional exposure to:
  • • SAP PP (Production Planning)
    • SAP MM (Material Management)
    • SAP QM (Quality Management)
    • SAP WM/EWM
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Knowledge of engineering change management processes.
  • Exposure to automotive or discrete manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with SAP data migration or automation tools.
  • Understanding of master data governance frameworks and process standardization.
