? Automation Strategy & Execution

? Design, execute, and optimize marketing automation
workflows across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app
messaging.

? Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization
strategies to deliver contextual messaging.

? Lifecycle Campaign Management

? Build and manage campaigns for different stages of the
customer journey ? onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.

? Monitor campaign performance, A/B test creatives, and
optimize for higher conversions.

? Customer Retention & Engagement

? Drive strategies to reduce churn and improve customer
lifetime value (LTV).

? Analyze customer cohorts and behavioral data to identify
engagement opportunities.
