Job Description

Role Summary:
The Senior Executive Officer will support the organisation's programmes and operations by coordinating activities, managing stakeholders, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
• Support the planning and implementation of programmes and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and programme documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and support management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous administrative, programme, or project coordination experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling documents and information.
• Able to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $5,000.00 per month
