We invite high caliber personnel to fill the following positions:

Senior Executive Officer (高級行政主任) (Ref: EAD_SEO)

The successful candidate will be required to assist the development of the Kuk’s educational services. The key responsibilities will include:

• Report directly to the Head of Educational Affairs Department and support the development and delivery of Kuk’s educational services.
• Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing comprehensive support in administration, operations, HR, and staff development across the department and affiliated schools.
• Coordinate and co-execute alumni engagement initiatives for affiliated schools, including planning, driving programme activities, and delivering large-scale events.
• Lead the team in managing educational funding, charitable foundations, and scholarship programmes.
• Lead the team to provide executive and secretarial support to senior leadership, including preparation of reports and board presentation materials.
• Facilitate project development and implementation, including oversight of IT-related development initiatives.
• Oversee headquarters–school communications and cross-school coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, operation or education management.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related administrative systems.
• Experience working with schools, NGO, or education-related programmes is an advantage.
