Senior Executive - Operation Improvement (Processing)

Main Purpose of Job:

To plan, organize, implement, monitor and analysis for continual improvement. To lead the unit into achieving a higher standard in accordance with the company vision, mission and direction. To create a good reputation between the Departments and others company's Business Partner.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Identify operation constraints and possible action plans
• Ensure the operation follows internal policy and guidelines as well as BNM requirements
• Manage, review and take corrective action as per PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle with respect to the performance and operation of the Section
• Monitor project timeline and conduct user acceptance test (UAT) to ensure timely project completion and project is kept within budget
• User requirement & FSD preparation for operation improvement and project management
• Independently lead and/or facilitate various projects; provide expertise and serve as an internal consultant to various sections and departments
• Act as a change agent to further grow a continuous improvement culture by influencing staff at all levels
• Determine which operation improvement and project management methodologies and tools are best suited to achieve objectives
• Assist in the design of work standards, systems, and other operational practice to aid business improvement
• Conduct training for those newly enhanced process/system

Job Requirement:

• Recognized Degree / Diploma or with related working experience
• Strong project management skills; ability to identify, scope, and execute projects
• Experience in managing user acceptance test (UAT), project management and any related
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Sound knowledge on regulatory requirements
• Excellent presentation skills
• Independent and able to self-motivate as well as motivating the team to deliver
• Good time management and strives to meet datelines
• High attention to details and good analytical skills
