Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage high-quality driver partners and vendors to meet business requirements.
• Ensure driver partners and vendors are well-trained, process-driven, and customer-centric.
• Drive adherence to operational processes and ensure delivery against committed SLAs .
• Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve issues to maintain business continuity.
• Restore operations to normalcy quickly in case of operational disruptions or exceptions.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and manage a team of Supervisors to ensure strong operational performance.
• Track key operational metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, service quality, and customer experience.
