Senior Executive - Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end outsourcing operations by coordinating with project management teams and suppliers.
• Ensure timely creation, allocation, and distribution of Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Statements of Work (SOW) as per defined processes.
• Coordinate invoicing and payment processing activities to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Handle supplier registration, empanelment documentation, and related onboarding processes.
• Create and manage contracts, work orders, and SOWs while guiding the team on related processes.
• Understand IT and Non-IT outsourcing requirements and coordinate with project teams and suppliers accordingly.
• Manage and resolve escalations related to work orders, invoice submissions, and payment releases.
• Maintain outsourcing trackers, matrices, reports, and effective tracking mechanisms.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing suppliers and manage the supplier network.
• Provide regular project and outsourcing status updates to project management teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with defined procurement and outsourcing processes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in procurement or outsourcing operations
• Strong experience handling WO, PO, SOW, invoicing, and payment processes
• Experience in supplier registration, empanelment, and contract documentation
• Understanding of IT and Non-IT outsourcing requirements
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling operational escalations and resolving process-related issues
• Good interpersonal, communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational activities Preferred Qualifications: Procurement or outsourcing experience from an e-Learning or IT company
• Experience working with project management teams and external suppliers.
