Senior Executive - Payroll and Systems-LK

• Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Manager payroll-related statutory obligations, including APIT, EPF & ETF and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and management reports as required.
• Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Manage employee data and system updates related to the employee lifecycle.
• Provide HRIS user support, troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the system admins for issue resolutions and system enhancements.
• Provide overall HR support whenever required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from a recognized institute.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll administration and systems.
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, payroll regulations, APIT, EPF and ETF.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and integrity.
• Experience in payroll system implementations or process improvements will be an added advantage.
