Position: Senior Executive Payroll
Location: Chennai & Trivandrum
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Gender: Male & Female

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and salary calculations.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
• Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.
• Handle payroll-related employee queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll activities.

Preferred Skills:

• 3–5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with payroll software/HRMS will be an added advantage.
