• Develop, review, and implement KPIs aligned with organizational and departmental objectives.
• Work closely with departments to define SMART KPIs, KRAs, and performance indicators for different positions.
• Coordinate the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisal.
• Analyze employee and departmental performance against defined KPIs and provide performance insights.
• Support management in establishing measurable performance standards and evaluation criteria.
• Monitor KPI achievement and identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement areas.
• Prepare PMS-related reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of performance evaluation processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding KPI setting, performance evaluation, and PMS processes.
• Continuously review and improve PMS policies, tools, and processes based on organizational requirements.
