Senior Executive - Production

Job Responsibilities:

1. Database Management:

• Maintain and update equity databases with Bloomberg linkage, Nifty, Sensex valuations, and financial templates.

• Automate data generation and aggregate sectoral data in report templates.

2. Daily Updates:

• Perform morning and evening database updates, including industry data.

• Update database programs and client calling databases as per analyst requirements.

3. Report Generation:

• Update institutional equity research reports in the database.

• Manage and update institutional client emailing lists and upload reports to Bluematrix, Thomson-Reuters, and Bloomberg

4. Analytical Reporting:

• Compile weekly and monthly economic release calendars.

• Conduct and report monthly mutual fund analysis.

5. Product Development:

• Develop and improve product formats, ideas, and templates in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

6. Operational Support:

• Provide support to the research team to ensure efficient operations.

7. Software Development & Maintenance:

• Work on CRM software development and maintenance, ensuring effective client relationship management.

8. Production: Update client database, ensure all email communication to clients, and ensure smooth report release during earnings season.
