Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), and procurement activities.
• Prepare comparative statements and evaluate vendor quotations.
• Manage SAP transactions related to purchases and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Handle government liaisoning and statutory approvals.
• Support project and facility-related procurement activities.

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or reputed Builder companies.
• Strong experience in SAP, procurement, vendor management, and government liaisoning.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Preference: Mumbai-based candidates from reputed real estate organizations.
