Senior Executive, Quality Control & Aftersales

About You

The Senior Executive, CCL & Aftersales, will support the overall operations of Carsome Certified Lab (CCL) and Aftersales functions by executing quality control, refurbishment coordination, and aftersales initiatives. This role ensures day-to-day operational efficiency, cost optimization, and vendor collaboration while upholding Carsome Certified Quality Standards to deliver superior customer experience.

Your Day-to-Day

• Support daily operations of CCL including refurbishment planning, job scheduling, and process monitoring.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with Carsome Certified Quality Standards.
• Track and monitor turnaround times, output, and cost efficiency.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for workflow, productivity, and process efficiency.

Aftersales & Customer Support

• Assist in executing Aftersales programs including service, warranty, spare parts, and claims handling.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to resolve customer cases and follow up on aftersales issues.
• Collect and analyze feedback to recommend improvements in aftersales service delivery.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely service and quality standards.
• Support vendor evaluation activities, quality audits, and performance reporting.
• Assist in expanding vendor coverage by sourcing and onboarding new partners as directed.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain operational and quality reports for CCL & Aftersales performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Carsome policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
• Support audits and governance checks to maintain service quality and operational consistency.

People & Team Contribution

• Work closely with managers to execute strategic and operational plans.
• Mentor junior executives or team members on quality processes and operational SOPs.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

Your Know-How

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Automotive, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Aftersales / Quality Control / Service Operations.

• Hands-on knowledge in Quality Standards, Body & Paint, Vendor Coordination, and Aftersales processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
