Senior Executive Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end and mass recruitment for various positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for selection.
• Manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
• Complete joining formalities and collect/verify employee documents.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and joining requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Dashboards
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and meet deadlines.
