Senior Executive Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Focus on talent acquisition within the foreign-invested IT sector, proactively identify and engage passive candidates, and develop differentiated recruitment strategies for the APAC market.
2. Build and maintain a global talent network, with a strong focus on high-caliber IT professionals across the Asia-Pacific region. Continuously expand overseas IT talent pipelines, monitor team movements and hiring trends within multinational organizations, and provide industry insights to support business decision-making.
3. Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas senior-level positions. Utilize HR analytics to establish recruitment funnel effectiveness models and regularly deliver talent market intelligence and hiring insights reports.
4. Develop, manage, and optimize recruitment channels, while overseeing talent pool development and other routine recruitment activities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within multinational executive search firms or IT companies, with proven experience independently leading full-cycle recruitment processes. Strong understanding of talent distribution and market dynamics within the multinational technology sector.
2. Possess foundational software development knowledge and the ability to quickly assess candidates' technical backgrounds and business fit.
3. Fluent in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred.
