Senior Executive Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Responsible for talent acquisition / recruitment of staff for the University as per the TAT
• Post jobs on various job portals and use social media to find suitable candidates
• Proficiency in various sourcing techniques, plans and tools
• Independently handle end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews to till on boarding)
• Strong analytical skills to assess resumes effectively
• Efficiently arrange and manage a pool of potential candidates data
• Post offer follow up with the candidates & Joining formalities
• Attendance, MIS & Reports generation
• Induction, orientation, and employee grievance handling
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and command on MS Office
• Candidate must relocate to Gajraula or to nearest job location
• Prior experience in any Medical college / University / Education institutions is preferred
