Senior Executive, Regional Rewards

About the Opportunity

A leading international consumer-facing organization with operations across multiple markets in Asia Pacific is seeking a reward professional to support regional compensation and benefits initiatives. This role offers exposure to APAC reward programs, salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, and HR analytics within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking activities across Asia Pacific markets.
• Conduct market research, analyze reward trends, and prepare insights to support decision-making.
• Participate in external salary surveys and consolidate compensation data for analysis.
• Assist in maintaining reward policies, guidelines, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Support annual reward exercises, including salary review, incentive and bonus programs, and reward-related reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and workforce analytics to support regional HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple countries on reward-related matters.
• Assist with regional projects and other related assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Around 4-6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related HR specialization.
• Experience supporting salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, salary surveys, or reward programs is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently within a regional environment.
• Immediate availability or candidates with a short notice period will be an advantage.
