Senior Executive, Sales Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and verify property sales bookings, sales documentation and purchaser records.
• Prepare and monitor Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation and related sales documents.
• Monitor project sales status and maintain accurate sales databases and records
• Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Liaise with solicitors, financial institutions, and purchasers to facilitate smooth documentation and loan approval processes.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Credit Control, Project and Legal departments.
• Ensure compliance with Housing Development Act, property regulations, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Track deadlines related to SPA execution, loan documentation, progressive billing, and property handover processes.
• Coordinate progressive billings and monitor payment collections in collaboration with Finance and Credit Control teams.
• Generate sales performance, booking, cancellation, and collection reports for management review.
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales administration staff as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales administration within the property development or real estate industry.
• Experience handling SPA documentation, loan documentation, progressive billings, and customer correspondence.
• Experience with other CRM platforms or the INSOFT system is an added advantage.
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
