Senior Executive, Sales

About the role

A property sales role focused on achieving yearly sales targets and executing marketing strategies to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve yearly sales targets
• Execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales targets
• Maintain the sales gallery
• Provide feedback to management on customer comments and requirements
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies
• Verify accuracy of information on Sales Forms, SPA, and all other documents prior to forwarding to Finance Department
• Carry out detailed market research on competitors
• Liaise with lawyers on legal documentations and bankers on end-financing matters

About you

• Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent
• 3-5 years in property sales with proven track record
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate
• Positive working attitude and result oriented with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with self-initiative and ability to work independently
• Able to work long hours including weekends with minimum supervision
