Job Description

Position: Senior Executive - Site CSR & Admin
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Education: Graduation/Equivalent Course
Location: Rudraprayag-Site, Uttarakhand

Job Summary: The role incumbent is responsible to drive CSR initiatives at the site by identifying and executing impactful community projects; building community relations and connects and managing coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders; the role incumbent will also provide support to the HR, Admin in driving employee engagement activities at the site

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess CSR project opportunities through field surveys and community engagement.
• Coordinate with NGOs and local bodies to implement CSR projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Liaise with the central CSR team for project approvals, budgeting, and governance.
• Track, document, and report on project progress and outcomes.
• Foster strong local community relationships to build trust and long-term impact.
• Support site-level employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
