Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition Unit

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare employment offers and related recruitment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.
• Monitor recruitment performance and recommend improvements.
• Support onboarding and audit requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and hiring compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview coordination capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruitment metrics and identify process improvements.
