SENIOR EXECUTIVE (TRAINER)

About the role

SIRIM Academy Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of SIRIM Berhad) is seeking an experienced Senior Executive (Trainer) to join our dynamic team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position plays a key role in delivery training, consultancy and strategic advisory services to support organizations in achieving compliance and excellence in internationally recognized standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

1. Plan, develop, lead, implement training and consultancy services to fulfill the Section and Department objectives and business needs for ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 41001 (FMS), ISO 55001 (AMS).

2. Plan, lead and participate in the development of strategic networking such as business talks, promotional visits, and attending business forum with other organizations for potential business opportunities.

3. Develop, lead, monitor and review procedures and service operations in section / department.

4. Plan, lead and participate in the formulation and development of new training and consultancy packages.

5. Plan, lead and initiate collection information for marketing planning and maintains key clients and customer databases.

Requirements:

i. Minimum Degree in Engineering/Facilities Management/Accounting /Finance or others equivalent disciplines with minimum 6 years of working experience in a related field.

ii. Candidates with postgraduate/ professional qualifications in related areas will be an added advantage.

iii. Strong coordination, organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver results effectively in a fast-paced environment.

iv. Knowledge of the company products & services offered by the company and understanding the industrial trend in terms of training and consultation.

v. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

vi. Candidates with passed Train of Trainer (TOT), HRDC Accredited Trainer and Lead Auditor Course will be an added advantage.
