Senior Executive-Treasury

About the role

HLMG Management Co Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive - Treasury to join our finance team in Damansara, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing and optimising our treasury operations. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial risk mitigation. This position is integral to supporting the company's financial stability and strategic growth objectives, reporting directly to the Treasury Manager and working collaboratively with other finance and operational departments.

Cash and Liquidity Management

• Monitor daily cash position, deposit placement and optimise liquidity across various operating companies.
• Manage working capital requirements and funding arrangement
• Coordinate banking activities, including account administration, KYC documentation, and signatory updates.

Debt & Financing

• Assist in arranging and executing financing facilities
• Coordinate financing documentation with lenders, legal counsel and other internal parties.
• Coordinate with operating entities for loan drawdowns and repayment.

Investment Monitoring and Treasury Operation

• Monitor and track treasury and investment portfolio to ensure compliance with group approved frameworks and policies
• Oversee payment processing, settlement and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
• Partner with the Finance team on reconciliations, treasury accounting, audits and process improvements

Reporting & Business Support

• Prepare treasury reports, cash position dashboard, presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operating Companies on funding and project-related matters.
• Administrator for online banking platforms and other related treasury management systems.
• Support strategic projects and other treasury-related initiatives as required.
