Your responsibilities will include reviewing and optimising operational workflows, policies and procedures, while identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation and smart solutions to enhance service effectiveness and operational efficiency.

The role encompasses supporting procurement and resource planning activities, including gathering user requirements, developing specifications and coordinating the acquisition and deployment of equipment, systems, supplies and services required for hospital operations. You will also contribute to Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) initiatives through operational planning, simulations, testing and staff training activities to ensure a smooth transition into the new hospital environment.

The role also includes supporting administrative and contract management activities, such as monitoring service performance, assisting in budgeting activities and ensuring compliance with organisational policies, service standards and regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospital development and operational planning while contributing to the successful opening of the hospital.
