Join our Global Settlement Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate settlement of equity trades across Malaysian and international markets. Role Responsibilities

Settlement

• Oversee and support the daily settlement of equities for foreign markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate closely with the team leader/section head to achieve efficient and smooth settlement operations.

Reconciliation

• Oversea trade and position reconciliation at the broker level to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and implement preventive measures to minimise recurring issues.

Share Transfer

• Coordinate and process share transfers and ensure all requests are completed accurately and within the required turnaround time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in securities settlement, custody, or capital market operations.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
