Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly salary inputs, attendance, and leave records.
• Handle statutory deductions including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Resolve employee queries regarding salary credits, payslips, and tax computations.

Compliance Management

• Ensure 100% adherence to local labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain statutory registers, challans, and employee documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with external statutory and labour authorities during inspections.

Stationery and Administration

• Monitor office stationery consumption and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Liaise with vendors for quality control, procurement, and timely delivery.
• Handle general facility and administrative compliance support as needed.
