Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Work Life – event management)

Job Details

You will be part of the Work Life and International Staff Integration (WL and ISI) team in the Division of Human Resource promoting and implementing programmes that enhance employee well-being, in support of SGH’s Well-Being framework, focusing on Family at Work and Health at Work. You will network and engage directly with staff and departments to understand needs and support the the implementation of corporate and well-being programmes for the organization. You are expected to possess skills to promote, market and implement activities & optimise participation of Well-Being programmes and initiatives, via traditional and virtual platforms, collaborate with departments, manage timelines independently, including providing secretariat support to internal committees and obtain optimal programme outcomes, within service delivery standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree and at least 1 year of experience
• A sociable and sports-oriented individual with wide interests, high organization skills and stamina are required to lead or support activities
• Possess Microsoft Office skills proficiency (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at Intermediate or Higher level and graphic design (Canva) ability
• Adaptive and creative individual who has the skills to leverage on technology tools and other mediums to execute programmes efficiently
• Meticulous, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills
