Job Duties

Assist Manager on implementation of sales strategies and leasing activities

Assist in rental forecast and preparation of monthly performance reports

Handle leasing inquiries, lease negotiation and tenancy administration

Handle customers’ special requests and complaints

Attend annual corporate and agency events when required

Maintain good relationship with corporate clients and relocation agents

Support the sales team as and when required

Conduct market research and compile various reports

Job Requirements

Degree Holder, preference in Real Estate or Hotel Management

Minimum 2-3 years of sales / leasing experience in hotel or serviced apartment

Strong interpersonal skill

Good business sense with excellent account serving manner

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
