What they need
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the assigned production shift.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per production requirements.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, leave, and shift schedules.
- Handle recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, and HR MIS reports.
- Support labour-law compliance, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure employees follow company hygiene, PPE, safety, and food-safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Admin teams for smooth operations.
