Senior Executive/Executive - Int Travel Process

We are hiring a Travel Process Executive for a leading MNC in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry with hands-on knowledge of GDS systems and travel tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end travel bookings (air, hotel, car rentals)
• Manage changes, cancellations, re-issues, and refunds
• Provide customer support via voice/email/chat
• Ensure accuracy in fare rules, ticketing, and itineraries
• Maintain high service quality and TAT as per process guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in travel process
• Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
• Familiarity with online booking tools and travel portals
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
