Senior Executive/Manager, Transformation

The role focuses on digitization opportunities to help improve businesses overall performance. Outfitted with the education, experience, skills, and determination to help businesses take their internal processes, services, and products to the next level, you will establish and maintain close partnership with business users to streamline gathered requirements and explore viable solutions for improvements to align and achieve user needs and high-level goals with the vendors. You will also provide ongoing application support and assistance for business users / teams including but not limited to monitoring application and vendor performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation of digital transformation strategic plans in alignment with strategic business plans and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support collaboration with key stakeholders, to gather requirements to derive needs for effective planning.
• Provide administration support to Business Analysis (BA) and Project Implementation.
• Ensure proper processes are being documented.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and innovative.
