Senior Experience Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Experience Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will help shape customer-facing experience design efforts within a professional services environment, with a particular focus on complex, high-impact engagements. The Senior Experience Architect will partner closely with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to improve process, elevate design quality, and support successful delivery outcomes. This is a hands-on consulting role that blends user-centered design, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $172,500 – $260,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on change management and recommend process improvements
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and design strategies for transformation
• Lead key design activities and collaborate with technical teams throughout project lifecycles
• Develop user-centered designs including wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Drive stakeholder engagement and promote collaboration among multiple teams
• Integrate human-centered design methodologies into delivery processes
• Coach and develop other design practitioners to standardize delivery quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles leading experience design teams on complex engagements
• Deep knowledge of experience design principles and methodologies
• Experience with enterprise software or similar platforms
• Expertise in design tools like Figma and experience with design systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and workshop facilitation abilities
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to collaborate onsite with customers
