Senior Experience Architect (Professional Services)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Experience Architect (Professional Services) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape enterprise client experiences across complex transformation engagements, turning customer insights and business objectives into clear design direction. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, guide design thinking, and partner closely with stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps and compelling narratives. The position blends client-facing consulting, experience design leadership, and the practical use of AI-enabled tools to improve design efficiency and outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $172,500 – $260,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design teams through project lifecycles
• Utilize design-thinking methods and contribute to new offerings
• Create compelling narratives to communicate design concepts to diverse audiences
• Leverage AI tools to enhance design outcomes and efficiency
• Conduct customer discovery activities and collaborative design sessions
• Develop project scopes and strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Foster relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in experience design or interaction design
• Experience consulting on enterprise-level technology transformations at Fortune 500 companies
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for design efficiency and innovation
• Expertise in visual design and prototyping with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in synthesizing insights from qualitative and quantitative research data
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with client-facing experience
