We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Exploration Geologist to join our team and play an important role in progressing our exploration programs and contributing to the next generation of gold discoveries.

About the Role

Reporting to the Exploration Superintendent, you will be part of a collaborative and technically capable Geology Team, contributing to the planning, execution and interpretation of exploration activities across the Pantoro tenements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating and executing surface exploration and drilling programs.
• Ensure high standards in geological processes to enable interpretation and evaluation of exploration results.
• Identifying and progressing prospective targets to support resource growth and future development opportunities.
• Integrating geological data to improve understanding and target generation.
• Working closely with the broader geology and technical teams to deliver safe, efficient and effective exploration programs.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to developing geologists and field personnel.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of exploration practices, systems and geological models.

About You

We are looking for a geologist who is passionate about exploration, enjoys the challenge of discovery and wants to make a meaningful contribution to a growing gold producer.

Ideally, you will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Geology or a related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in mineral exploration, preferably within gold.
• Strong technical knowledge of Archean gold systems and Western Australian goldfields.
• Demonstrated experience in exploration program planning, drill supervision, geological interpretation and target generation.
• Proficiency in relevant geological modelling and data management software.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, teamwork and technical excellence.
• A genuine enthusiasm for exploration and identifying the next significant discovery.
