Job Description: Senior Export Executive (Logistic)

Key Responsibilities

Export Operations & Documentation

• Coordinate and execute export shipments from order release through shipment completion.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation including:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Shipping Instructions
• Bill of Lading (B/L)
• Export Declaration and Customs Documentation
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
• Support annual new product launches and new customer onboarding activities requiring export and compliance documentation.

Billing & Trade Compliance

• Prepare and verify export invoices and billing documents.
• Ensure accuracy of shipment information, pricing details, and commercial terms.
• Support export compliance activities related to customs regulations, FTA requirements, and trade privileges.
• Maintain proper export records and supporting documentation for audit purposes.

Duty Drawback & Customs Privileges

• Coordinate import duty refund processes
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for duty drawback claims.
• Verify BOM, material consumption, import records, and export transactions for claim submission.
• Coordinate with Customs authorities and relevant government agencies regarding duty refund applications and compliance requirements.

Shipment & Loading Coordination

• Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Work closely with Warehouse teams to ensure shipment readiness and compliance with customer-specific loading requirements.
• Support container planning, CBM calculations, and utilization optimization.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues impacting export execution.
• Ensure all loading activities comply with company safety standards and transportation regulations.
• Promote safe loading practices to prevent cargo damage and workplace incidents.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

• Maintain export shipment records and operational reports.
• Support export process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze shipment issues and propose corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and service performance.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Export Operations, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in manufacturing export operations preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to use SAP / ERP Systems.
