About the Role
This is a Senior Export Operator role with an established New Zealand logistics business, managing air freight exports end to end.

The export team is growing as new customers come onboard, creating an opportunity for an experienced operator to contribute beyond their own desk. You’ll be joining a close knit team where knowledge is shared and there’s an appetite to keep improving how the export function operates.

Your focus will be to:

• Manage air freight exports end to end, from documentation and bookings through to pre alerts and billing
• Source airline rates and coordinate with overseas partners
• Manage shipments across a range of international destinations
• Keep across rates, margins and job profitability, picking up discrepancies before they become an issue

What You’ll Bring
You’ll be an experienced air freight operator who is comfortable managing exports from start to finish and working with different parties along the way.

• Strong end to end air freight export experience
• Confident across documentation, airline rate sourcing, pre alerts and billing
• Comfortable coordinating with airlines, overseas partners and customers
• Sea freight, CargoWise or freighter experience would be an advantage

Senior operators and those already working at supervisor level are both encouraged to apply. The priority is finding someone with strong export knowledge, initiative and the right approach to the wider team.
