Senior External Qualifications Executive / Officer (5-Day Work)

Duties:

• Provide secretarial support to the Professional Certification Committee
• Assist in developing all necessary documentations for certifications
• Handle all matters relating to certifications including vetting applications and record maintenance
• Handle applications relating to international and mainland qualifications including vetting applications and record maintenance
• Supervise junior staff
• Assist in the development of and to implement new initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience
• Experience in serving as secretary to committees, working in professional bodies and liaising with overseas bodies is an advantage
• Ability to communicate with different people at various levels
• Independent, detail-oriented and good interpersonal and organisation skills
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua
• Strong computing skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
