Senior Facilities Engineer

Implement Master planning for Preventive maintenance to all of Equipment, Asset and Public utility in Hospitality, Prepare teamwork for precede Preventive Maintenance and Public utility. Advise and recommend about how to use tooling by properly to technician and coordinating with cross functional area for any proceed to maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

·       Serve master plan of Preventive maintenance, Machine, Public utility by ISO Standard.

·       Coordinating with Yearly budget planning.

·       Control & Inspection, repair CM, PM of equipment, Public utility.

·       Preparation schedule of Preventive maintenance machine and Public utility.

·       Control & Inspection check sheet for preventive maintenance equipment and Public utility.

·       Advice & Recommend knowledge about how to use tooling for technician.

·       Coordinating with other cross functional area for preventive maintenance all equipment.

·       Seminar technical training in order to develop skill and self ability by self capability in every section.

·       Follow up with client & meeting for planning.

·       Coordinating with team work for develop quality of any section.

·       Support special activity of any section.

Key Qualifications:

·       Minimum vocational college: Bachelor of Engineering.

·       Minimum experience at least 15 year up.

·       Knowledge for Computer and English language.

·       Intelligence for problem solving.

·       Good human relationship in order to communicate with other person.

·       Good knowledge and good understanding for secretary and have moral, service mind, endure, honest, initiative thinking and creativity.
