Senior Facilities Engineer 高级动力工程师

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责：

• Oversee the daily operations, standard parameters tracking, and reliability of factory utility systems, including high/low voltage power distribution, HVAC, chilled water, compressed air (CDA), and industrial gases.
  监督并管理工厂动力厂务系统（包括高低压配电、暖通空调、冷水机组、压缩空气及工业气体）的日常运行、标准参数追踪与系统可靠性。
• Act as the primary technical bridge to smoothly communicate technical summaries to management and coordinate directly with on-site technicians and China HQ Engineers.
  担任核心技术桥梁，流利地向管理层汇报技术摘要，并负责本地现场技术员与中国总部工程师之间的无缝技术沟通与对接。
• Lead, review, and continuously optimize annual and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, tool history logs, and operational calibration checklists.
  主导、审查并持续优化年度及月度预防性维护（PM）排程、设备历史日志以及运行校准检查清单。
• Act as a critical emergency responder to utility failures or tool alarms, implementing immediate troubleshooting and breakdown repairs to ensure a 24/7 uninterrupted utility supply to the production floor.
  作为动力设备故障或警报的关键应急响应者，执行即时故障排查与抢修，确保向生产车间全天候不间断地供应公用工程介质。
• Spearhead continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives, analyzing power/water usage efficiency (PUE) to optimize operational costs and reduce the carbon footprint.
  带头开展持续改进与节能增效行动，分析电能/水资源利用效率，以优化运行成本并减少碳足迹。
• Supervise and audit external contractors during new equipment positioning and utility line connections (Water/Gas/Electricity), strictly auditing Permit to Work (PTW) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
  在新设备定位及管线连接（水/气/电）过程中监督并审计外部承包商，严格审计工作许可证（PTW）和工作安全分析（JHA）。
• Manage chemical dosing and rigorous water quality monitoring for cooling towers and process water systems, ensuring flawless compliance with local environmental standards (DOE).
  管理冷却塔及工艺用水系统的化学加药与严格的水质监测，确保完全符合本地环境局（DOE）的标准。
• Author, review, and update technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), emergency action plans (EAP), and engineering drawings (P&IDs, single-line diagrams).
  编写、审查并更新技术文档、标准作业程序（SOP）、应急预案（EAP）以及工程图纸（P&ID、单线图）。
• Optimize the spare parts repository by tracking critical inventory levels, organizing safety stock, and managing parts requisition pipelines to eliminate maintenance delays.
  通过追踪关键库存水平、规划安全库存和管理备件请购流程来优化备件库房，以消除因缺料导致的维护延迟。
• Conduct routine safety audits within facility processing zones to identify hazard risks, enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and ensure absolute safety compliance.
  在厂务动力区域进行例行安全审计以识别危险隐患，强制执行上锁挂牌（LOTO）协议，确保绝对的安全合规。
• Fulfill other engineering-related tasks and site commissioning duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements / 职位要求：

• Fluent and articulate command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin to smoothly communicate complex technical summaries to management and coordinate with China HQ Engineers.
  必须精通中文（普通话）和英语的听、说、读、写，具备出色的口语表达力，以便能无缝向中方管理层/技术专家汇报进展，并与中国总部工程师高效协同。
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional engineering experience in manufacturing facility operations (Direct experience within a Semiconductor Wafer Fab cleanroom environment or high-tech automated facility is highly preferred).
  至少拥有5 年以上 制造工厂动力厂务运行的专业工程师经验（具备半导体晶圆厂或高科技自动化工厂动力站房实操经历者将获得高度优先考虑）。
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  拥有机械工程、电气与电子工程、机电一体化、化学工程或其他相关工程专业的学学士学位。
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above (or equivalent), demonstrating a strong academic foundation in core engineering principles.
  大学毕业 CGPA 必须达到 3.00 或以上（或同等水平），证明在核心工程原理上具备扎实的学术基础。
• Strong fundamental understanding of industrial utility operations, chilled water loops, air compressors, HVAC air handling units (AHU), and high/low voltage switchgear.
  对工业动力厂务运行、冷水循环系统、空压机、暖通空调空气处理机组（AHU）以及高低压开关柜具备扎实的底层技术理解。
• Proficient in interpreting engineering schematics, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), single-line diagrams, and mechanical layouts.
  熟练并精通识读各类工程图纸，包括工艺管道及仪表流程图（P&ID）、电气单线图以及机械布局图。
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for tracking telemetry baselines, and basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
  熟练使用 Office 办公软件，特别是精通利用 Microsoft Excel（如 VLOOKUP、数据透视表）进行运行数据追踪，具备基础 AutoCAD 知识者更佳。
• Sound awareness of industrial safety protocols, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, and standard Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) requirements.
  具备良好的工业安全意识，熟悉环境健康安全（EHS）准则以及标准上锁挂牌（LOTO）的安全合规要求。
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing floor environment.

• Candidates possessing or currently pursuing a Chargeman A0/A1 certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) will be given a significant advantage.
