Senior Facilities Manager

Our client is a European MNC, with multiple business lines.

Due to new projects, they are looking to at a Senior Facilities Manager to lead their different projects within Commercial / Corporate & Government projects.

• Oversee multiple projects and lead a team of managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management.
• Establish good working relationships with clients and develop trust and confidence
• Establish and maintain quality service standards
• Take charge of the overall operations function of facilities maintenance work\
• Approve and oversee maintenance activities, maintenance schedule and inspections
• Ensure regular meetings with client's and appointed sub providers.
• Provide professional advice to management team, conduct and chair monthly management meeting.
• Handle client’s enquires and provide site supervision.
• Conduct audit inspections to ensure the outsource service providers are performing according to their contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Manage and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works.
• Prepare tender documents and specifications, plan, coordinate and execute rectification works.
• Responsible for project costing, cost management reporting.
• Plan training requirement for staff needs for skills improvement.
• Prepare and responsible for annual budget submission, audit report, assessment report for contractors' performance.
• Prepare and certify contractors' payment and prepare Opex and Capex.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Min 8-10 years of working experiences in Facilities Management / M&E, ideally with managerial / team management exposure.
• Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
