Our Facility Management team is seeking a Senior Facilities Officer to join our team in Hong Kong.  To assist and support Facility Manager for all round management of company facilities.

What you’ll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily operation and management of company facilities including but not limited to scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Monitor the performance of contractors or service agents, ensure the work is completed in a cost-efficient and in   timely manner, e.g. cleaning, security and repair and maintenance vendors.
• Conduct routine safety checks on sites.
• Execute and monitor company ESG initiatives for achievement of annual saving target.
• Handle internal customer requests or enquiries on facilities services.
• Assist in handling tender and other procurement matters.
• Attend emergency calls.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team.
• Any other duties as assigned.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Higer diploma or Degree in Facilities or Property Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in all- round facilities management, preferably in sizeable organizations.
• Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and a good team player.
• Proficient in MS applications.  Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese.
