SENIOR FACILITY OFFICER

SENIOR FACILITY OFFICER

• Support the daily operation of facility management including monitoring of maintenance, cleaning services and daily operation in the management unit
• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification preferred
• Min. 5 years of managerial experience in property agency, building and/or facility management preferred
• Customer oriented with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin
• Shift duty is requested
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facility Officer
