Senior Facility Officer (E&M) (Ref: SSO/FM/SFO/JDB)

As a member of the Technical Team of Facility Management Department, you will:

• Ensure the round-the-clock safe and reliable operation of all facilities services through effective planning, resource scheduling, and constant monitoring.
• Supervise and arrange routine technical services which performed by frontline Artisans and Contractors in accordance with compliance of technical specifications and safety & health requirements.
• Perform the procurement of outsourced technical services including preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct condition survey of the E&M facilities in the designated centers.
• Perform routine inspections with frontline Artisan and ensure the work done compliance with the statutory and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate some technical works and monitor the work progress with different stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Assist to control and monitor the expenditures of technical services, to perform contract administration and payment settlement
• Provide supervision, and mentorship to the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the Technical Operation In-Charge when required and as the single point of contact and team coordinator to handle issues and execute the designated incident escalation procedures

You should have/be

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Surveying, Facilities Management, or other Building/Construction related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operation, repair & maintenance of building services including tendering and project management, of which 2 years should be at the supervisory level. Previous exposure to Non-Governmental Organization is preferred
• Proficient in computer application, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, photoshop
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels
• Self-motivated, well-organized, attention to details, dynamic, result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Registered electrical worker (Grade A) or above is an advantage
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
