My Companion Connection is looking for a well-connected, relationship-driven sales professional who can open doors with assisted living communities, senior living facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.

This is an opportunity for someone who already knows administrators, executive directors, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, or other facility decision-makers and wants to turn those relationships into an excellent commission opportunity.

Your Role

• Introduce My Companion Connection to facilities and referral sources
• Develop new facility partnerships
• Generate qualified client referrals
• Schedule meetings and presentations
• Build ongoing relationships with facility leadership
• Represent our brand professionally throughout your territory

Who We're Looking For

• Strong network in healthcare, senior living, or related industries
• Sales, business development, or referral experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and self-motivated
• Someone who enjoys opening doors and building relationships
